Wishing for social, economic, and ecological sustainability?  Don’t wait. Make it happen in y/our neighborhood. Bring your greens and grub, cooked or raw, fricasseed or fried, local grocery or garden fresh. The grill is on, free Schoep’s Ice Cream bars are icy cold, the tunes are floating and your imagination feeds the fuel of sustainable neighborhood living. Talk to your neighbors and local businesses who are working for sustainability in the Schenk-Atwood-Starkweather-Yahara (SASY) Neighborhood. What are you working on? Bet there’s someone who’d like to work with you on it.

Sustainable Atwood (SA) is working locally to become a model of sustainability on a neighborhood scale. We really believe that a small [neighborhood] of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world—and we’re starting with what we see, feel, and touch every day—our (SASY) neighborhood.

Bring a dish to pass, plate, utensils. Water on tap.
