Too often a strategic plan collects dust on a shelf. It is time to dust off the practice of strategic planning and make it work for nonprofits. A good strategic plan should be a living document that brings the organization together while providing clear direction. Our facilitation and guidance will help bring consensus and focus to your group so you can create your NewDay.
When done well, a strategic plan is a dynamic process that adapts to an ever‐changing environment. As such, it will not be a document that collects dust on a shelf!

Brent A. Hafele, M.A. is the principal consultant of NewDay Nonprofit Solutions. His practice offers consulting and training services in areas such as strategic planning, board governance, executive coaching, staff/volunteer management, editing & writing, and organization development. Hafele has served the nonprofit sector professionally for over seven years in both development and executive roles. In addition to his consulting practice, he serves as the executive director of the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic. Hafele has a Master of Arts degree in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. His capstone paper explored the relationship of new board member integration and effective governance. Hafele resides in Eau Claire, WI, and is an active community volunteer.
