August 1 Deadline for Inclusion in Event Publicity

Madison region nonprofit organizations, clubs, and societies who have submitted events and activities or whom are planning to submit an event or activity for Madison Nonprofit Day, your deadline is Saturday, 1 August 2009 by 12pm. The Logistics Workgroup for Madison Nonprofit Day will begin the assignment of rooms and time slots on Saturday-Sunday, the 1st and 2nd of August in preparation of releasing the first official schedule of activities, on Monday, 3 August 2009. Activities submitted by Saturday, 1 August 2009, will be included in press releases and general announcements about the day. You may submit events and activities after the 1 August, but they will be publicized primarily on the web.
