Troy Gardens was born of a community vision for a unique parcel of state-owned surplus land. Community GroundWorks at Troy Gardens was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 2001 and created what is now one of Madison, Wisconsin’s hidden treasures, and a place that many people call home.
