Toastmasters is an international organization of more than 260,000 members that helps members to develop their speaking and leadership skills in a friendly and nurturing environment. In weekly, bi-weekly or month meetings (depending on the club), each Toastmasters meeting involves members giving prepared speeches, receiving friendly but constructive evaluations from other members, practicing impromptu speaking and practicing leadership skills through the adoption of club meeting roles.
